The Kajora reputation is very important to us and we stand behind our puppies 100%. We to this day have never had an opportunity to have to replace or refund a puppy. We have although helped find new homes for dogs that owners were no longer able to keep. Below is the guarantee that comes with every PET puppy that goes to a new home, with our word and reputation that if there is any problem what so ever, it will be corrected to the satisfaction of both parties. We do occasionally let puppies go to breeders who meet our requirements and activly show their dogs, a different contract will go with that puppy. Understand that this guarantee is designed to protect both parties and the puppy.

Guarantee: It is understood at the time of sale, this dog is not purchased for show or breeding purposes, but is representative of its breed and structurally and temperamentally suited as a companion. This dog is guaranteed for seventy-two hours with surrender of said puppy and all paperwork back to the seller. A refund less 10% will be given for any other reason on the return of the puppy within seventy-two hours.
Up to the age of three years, if a veterinarian finds a hereditary defect, which develops to the extent that it renders the dog unsuitable as a pet. A replacement puppy of equal or greater value will be given as soon as one becomes available.
Spay/neuter is suggested by the age of 10 months, not altering voids guarantee.
Additional Terms: If this dog is found at any time to be NEGLECTED or in ill health for an unreasonable length of time, purchaser will surrender said dog to the seller unconditionally. Under NO circumstances will this dog be sold, given, or leased to any pet shop, pet farm, research laboratory or similar facility! If at anytime the buyer needs to place the puppy, it may be returned to the seller, with all paper work supplied at time of sale, for placement in a new home. No refund will be given except what is agreed on between both parties.

This application is used to help find the right puppy for you. (example:. If you have young children, you would want a puppy with a strong personality) All pet puppies are placed on Limited Registration, which means they are not to be bred.
